Our No Sweat Intro is a relaxed, pressure-free conversation where we learn:

  • Your lifestyle, schedule, and mindset

This isn’t a workout or a fitness test—it’s a chance for us to understand where you’re starting from, so we can create a plan that’s built just for you.

Step 2: Build Your Foundation with On Ramp

Once we know your goals and experience level, we guide you through our On Ramp program.

This brief but powerful onboarding phase is designed to:

  • Teach you the foundational movements we use in CrossFit and strength training
  • Assess your current technique, strength, and mobility
  • Identify scaling options or modifications that will work best for you

Whether you’re brand new to lifting, coming back after a long break, or already experienced but looking to refine your skills, On Ramp ensures you feel confident, safe, and ready.

Step 3: Scale Every Workout to Your Ability

Once you join our group classes, you’ll see it in action every day: we scale everything.

Scaling isn’t about making a workout “easier.” It’s about making it right for you.
That might mean adjusting:

  • The weight you lift
  • The number of reps you complete
  • The version of a movement you perform (think push-ups on a box vs. on the floor)
  • The duration or intensity of a workout

Our expert coaches are always on the floor, ready to tweak and modify workouts so you get the right challenge, the right stimulus, and the right results—without feeling overwhelmed or risking injury.

At Aftermath, you’ll always be training with the group—but your workout will be customized for you.

Personalized Training for Even Greater Customization

In addition to our group classes, Aftermath Strength & Conditioning also offers personal training and semi-private training options for those who want an even more individualized experience. With these programs, scaling and customization happen automatically—because every workout is personally programmed by a coach just for you. Whether you’re working toward specific strength goals, recovering from an injury, or simply prefer a more tailored approach, our personal and semi-private training options ensure that every rep, every drill, and every session is built around your unique abilities and needs.
