WHAT IS AFTERBURN?
Afterburn is a high-energy, coach-led class that focuses on:
- Dumbbells and kettlebells
- Bodyweight movements
- Conditioning using rowers and bikes
- Simple, effective strength work
There are no barbells and no advanced gymnastics movements.
Every class is coached, structured, and scalable so you can move confidently at your own level.
WHO IS AFTERBURN FOR?
Afterburn is a great fit if you:
- Feel intimidated by barbells or CrossFit style workouts
- Are new to structured fitness
- Are getting back into exercise after time off
- Want to sweat, move, and feel better without pressure
- Prefer a smaller, supportive group setting
You do not need prior gym experience to start.
CLASS DETAILS
- Class length: 45 minutes
- Schedule: 3 classes per week
- Class size: Capped to keep coaching quality high
- Equipment used: Dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, rowers, bikes
- No prerequisites required

Afterburn is designed as an accessible way to start training at Aftermath Strength & Conditioning. Some members choose to stay with Afterburn long-term. Others use it to build confidence and consistency before exploring additional training options.
