Bring A Friend Day is Friday, July 25th at Aftermath Strength & Conditioning!

We’re all about community at Aftermath—and what better way to grow ours than with the people you know and love?

On Friday, July 25th, we’re inviting all of our members to bring a friend with them to any of our CrossFit group classes—no experience required, no drop-in fee, just a great workout and an even better time.

Who Can You Bring?

Anyone you know who could use a great workout, a positive community, or just a push to try something new! Here are a few people who would be a great fit:

  • A co-worker who’s talked about wanting to get back in shape
  • Your sibling who played sports growing up but hasn’t worked out in a while
  • Your partner or spouse who’s curious about what you do at the gym
  • A neighbor or friend who’s been intimidated to try CrossFit alone
  • A parent who wants to move better and get stronger
  • A friend who’s ready to stop “starting on Monday” and just go for it

This is a perfect low-pressure chance for them to try something new—surrounded by a welcoming, supportive group and guided by certified coaches who care.

What We Ask

If you plan to bring a friend, we just ask that they register in advance using the link below. It only takes a minute and ensures we have their spot reserved and waiver signed before class.
