Over 31 days, you’ll focus on small daily actions that add up to real progress: more energy, better focus, and habits you can actually keep.
This challenge is open to everyone, not just gym members.
How the Challenge Works

- Length: 31 days
- Cost: $49 per participant
- Who Can Join: Anyone – members and non-members welcome
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started. From there, you’ll receive daily emails for the entire challenge with:
- Simple, actionable tips
- Motivation and mindset guidance
- Clear direction to help you stay consistent
No guesswork. No extreme rules. Just daily support to help you show up.

Community & Accountability
All participants will also be invited to a private Facebook group created specifically for the challenge. This group is where the magic happens:
- Daily encouragement and reminders
- Extra tips and education
- A place to ask questions
- A supportive community cheering you on
You won’t be doing this alone — you’ll be surrounded by people working toward the same goal.
What Are the Healthy Habits?
The challenge is built around four simple daily habits that focus on long-term health and consistency.
- Eat Protein with every meal
- Move for 1 hour each day
- Sleep 7-8 hours every night
- Drink at least 64 oz of water each day
Rather than overwhelming you with rules, we focus on habits that fit into real life and create momentum.
We’ll explain each habit clearly inside the challenge and guide you step-by-step on how to implement them successfully.
